Are you interested in joining the Panhellenic Executive Board? The application is now open! As a member of the Executive Board you have the opportunity to work alongside women from every chapter to guide the direction of Panhellenic culture and make the most of the Panhellenic experience. If you are a sophomore or junior who wants to promote Panhellenic values such as scholarship, respect, helpfulness, and deep friendship please consider applying for the Panhellenic Executive Board. There are positions related to recruitment, marketing, programming, scholarship, wellness, judicial affairs, finance and more!
EXPECTATIONS

Attend and actively participate in:

Panhellenic Basic Functions: Sunday night meetings (Executive Board and Chapter Delegate), Spring and Fall Executive Board Retreat, Officer Transitions, and Panhellenic events/programming

Recruitment Functions: Recruitment Counselor Training, Spring Primary Recruitment

Coordinate meetings with chapter counterparts and Executive Board pods
-
Promote and set an example of positive Panhellenic spirit across the Greek and greater USC community​

Practice an innovative and flexible leadership style

Promote transparency and honesty in all interactions
ELIGIBILITY
-
A Panhellenic mindset and passion for our community

Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
-
Initiated sophomore or junior in good standing with chapter and university**

Have participated in the sister side of primary recruitment
-
If you have not completed the sister side of primary recruitment, you are still eligible to apply and potentially be slated if you complete next requirement in Spring 2025

Applicants seeking the position of President are required to be juniors in good standing with previous Panhellenic experience (delegate, alternate delegate, or executive officer) or previous Chapter President experience with Panhellenic involvement and a community mindset.

Applicants seeking the position of Vice President Recruitment are required to be juniors in good standing and are encouraged to have previous Panhellenic experience (delegate, alternate delegate, or executive officer) or previous Chapter Recruitment Leadership experience.
